About the Role
We are searching for a Head of Brand Design to own and evolve Eve’s visual identity system. This role transcends traditional creative director responsibilities focused on campaigns; instead, you will create a foundational design structure that makes Eve’s brand instantly recognizable. Your work will extend from core systems to the nuances that ensure every touchpoint feels intentional.
Leading a small team of designers and creatives, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership to translate our brand positioning into a cohesive visual language. The ideal candidate should be a systems thinker, passionate about craftsmanship, able to develop scalable frameworks, and willing to execute hands-on when required.
Compensation
$170,000 – $205,000 a year
Compensation at Eve is highly competitive, based on experience, seniority, and considerations of internal and external equity, as well as location. In addition to a compelling salary and performance-based bonuses, we offer an equity component that provides meaningful ownership and the opportunity to participate in the company’s long-term success.
