Job Opportunity: Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and talented Human Resources Coordinator with a strong work ethic who thrives in evolving organizations that are leading the way in marketing innovation.

Role Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR processes. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support and ensuring confidentiality regarding employee and company information.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including ATS (Lever) administration and candidate communication.
  • Prepare offer letters and new hire paperwork.
  • Facilitate onboarding, including orientation and manager training.
  • Monitor the careers inbox and maintain up-to-date job descriptions.

Employee Benefits Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for benefits inquiries.
  • Assist with annual enrollment and benefits training.
  • Manage leave of absence and accommodation requests.

Payroll Administration

  • Process employee changes and assist with bi-monthly payroll.
  • Monitor relevant communication inboxes.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR correspondence.
  • Prepare reports and manage HR calendars and tracking systems.

Communication & Culture

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate employee gifts, swag, and company events.

Compliance Oversight

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and assist with audits.
  • Monitor sick time and timecards.

Other Responsibilities

  • Comply with all laws and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all relevant information.

Requirements

  • BA in Human Resources, SHRM-CP, or at least 1 year of relevant HR experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and eagerness to work remotely.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $21 – $23
