The Role

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator (Virtual) to assist in executing daily marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role is perfect for someone who is:

• Comfortable managing logistics and coordination in a fast-paced creative environment

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Channel Support

• Execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and our website
• Oversee day-to-day operations for our Pinterest platform, which includes:
  • Scheduling and publishing Pins
  • Uploading assets and copy
  • Maintaining boards and product tagging
  • Tracking performance metrics

Creative & Asset Coordination

• Coordinate links, copy, and approval processes across platforms
• Maintain organized asset libraries and project folders
• Perform quality assurance on marketing assets (links, tags, formatting)

Influencer & PR Support

• Assist with influencer seeding, tracking content, and creating lookbooks
• Organize creator deliverables and timelines
• Submit and track sample orders

Shoot & Budget Coordination

• Manage and track marketing shoot budgets, including:
  • Maintaining budget trackers
  • Logging expenses and invoices
  • Updating budgets as needed
  • Submitting with General Ledger codes
  • Flagging any financial concerns
• Coordinate logistical support for shoots, including scheduling and asset delivery

Project & Reporting Support

• Maintain marketing calendars and project trackers
• Generate basic performance reports across channels
• Assist with Shopify product updates and other marketing-related tasks

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand support, or e-commerce
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools like:
  • Google Workspace
  • Excel
  • Dropbox
  • Pinterest (both organic and paid)
  • Project management tools (e.g., Slack, ClickUp)
  • Nuorder
• A keen interest in fashion, swimwear, lifestyle, or sustainability is a plus

• Campaigns and Pinterest content are executed accurately and on schedule
• Creative assets and budgets are well-organized and transparent
• Marketing shoot expenses are monitored consistently
• All calendars and trackers are kept up-to-date
• The marketing team feels fully supported and unblocked
