We are in urgent need of an Office Admin team member to assist with data entry tasks. This position is ideal for someone who can handle online tasks independently. Please note, this is a 1099 Contractor position only—no employees.
About Our Company
We are an HVAC (air conditioning) and building inspection company with over 10 years of experience. We’re looking for a kind, dedicated individual who can work with us long term.
Job Requirements and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should:
- Be able to handle full-time work from 8 AM to 5 PM PST (California time).
- Have a basic understanding of data entry on various websites.
- Be proficient in using **Whatsapp** for customer communication.
Your primary tasks will involve entering HVAC information into websites and potentially contacting customers via Whatsapp (this may not be essential, as some tasks may be managed overseas).
Flexible Working Environment
There may be days with little to no work and others with more tasks. If you complete your responsibilities early, you’re free to spend your time as you wish. The salary remains consistent regardless of workload. 🙂
