Job Description:

The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance, safety, and reliability of assigned wind generation assets. This role involves ensuring compliance, optimizing asset performance, and leading teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the operational performance, safety, and reliability of assigned wind assets.
• Establish and execute standardized operating procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for asset efficiency and profitability.
• Optimize Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) systems.
• Manage and negotiate operational contracts.
• Provide leadership and coaching to teams.
