Your Role at Yoko Co

If you join our team, you will:

  • Own Revenue: Take responsibility for top-line revenue by driving new opportunities and aligning our culture with team efforts.
  • Initiate and Drive Action: Oversee go-to-market strategies while effectively communicating with customer success, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Play a Vital Role in Sales Initiatives: Engage in key sales activities such as demos, presentations, Q&A sessions, negotiations, and ensuring smooth transitions to implementation teams.
  • Scale Conversations: Navigate discussions from high-level strategy to detailed tactical solutions that align with our capabilities.
  • Build Authentic Relationships: Develop connections that go beyond just business discussions.
  • Embrace Our Workplace Culture: While we take our work seriously, we maintain a light-hearted environment.
  • Provide Mentorship: Offer feedback and guidance to fellow Growth team members to foster collective growth.

Qualifications for Consideration

  • You should have at least five years of experience in successfully selling or managing sales at an agency specializing in web design and development.

You Will Excel in This Role If You:

  • Are confident in driving revenue both personally and as part of the collective team.
  • Have knowledge in digital strategy, web design and development, content marketing, SEO, and familiar platforms such as WordPress and Google Analytics.
  • Can design and execute campaigns that achieve results and adapt as needed.
  • Understand the sales process fundamentals and are detail-oriented in proposals and contracting.
  • Set and achieve meaningful goals for yourself and your team.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with various stakeholders.
  • Are adaptable and willing to take on diverse tasks as situations arise.
  • Bonus Points: Existing professional networks, council, or board memberships.
