What You’ll Do

As a member of our team, you will:

• Design Visual Identities: Create compelling visual identities across our website, marketing materials, and digital touchpoints.
• Develop Engaging Graphics: Produce graphics for web pages, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Collaborate for Consistency: Work with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Create Website Layouts: Design visually appealing and conversion-focused website layouts.
• Produce Marketing Collateral: Develop materials including presentation decks, one-pagers, infographics, guides, and enablement resources.
• Deliver High-Quality Work: Ship creative work quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
• Stay Updated on Trends: Keep current on emerging trends in web design, visual design, and digital marketing.
• Contribute to Product Design: Support product design efforts including iconography, illustrations, and UI elements (a plus).
• Evolve Brand Guidelines: Maintain and refine our design system and brand guidelines.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who:

• Passionate About Design: Has a passion for creating polished, effective designs that drive business results.
• Experienced Professional: Brings 5+ years of experience in website design, graphic design, or related roles.
• Strong Portfolio: Demonstrates expertise in web design, branding, and digital marketing through a strong portfolio.
• Product Design Experienced: Experience with product design or UI/UX is a plus.
• Proficient in Design Tools: Is skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and web design platforms.
• Understands Responsive Design: Has knowledge of responsive web design principles compatible across multiple devices.
• Basic HTML/CSS Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Meets Deadlines: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detail-Oriented: Possesses exceptional attention to detail and commitment to pixel-perfect execution.
• Strong Communicator: Has the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.
• Startup Experience: Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment is advantageous.
