His channel was briefly taken offline due to this occurrence.

Eventually, Peters clarified during a stream with Adin Ross that he acted in self-defense, claiming the other party had a weapon. Since then, he has been unbanned and resumed streaming. As reported by TMZ, he is not facing any criminal charges related to the incident.
