Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Demand Generation Manager with robust paid media skills to enhance our outreach and assist more businesses each month by generating high-quality leads and revenue. This role is perfect for someone adept at running growth campaigns who wants to make a substantial impact in a fast-paced company.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and managing demand campaigns targeted at the North American market across various marketing channels, including Paid Search, LinkedIn, Meta, and Newsletters.
- Creating and executing outbound email campaigns utilizing intent data sources.
- Managing demand generation budgets and forecasts across channels.
- Implementing marketing automation in HubSpot Enterprise to ensure campaigns are effectively directed to appropriate workflows.
- Analyzing lead funnel data and metrics, such as MQL, SQL, and Cost/MQL, to provide insights that enhance conversion rates and lead quality.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align efforts aimed at revenue growth.
- Using data analytics to measure and enhance the performance of demand generation campaigns.
- Utilizing strong Excel and data analysis skills to identify trends and generate actionable marketing performance reports.
- Coordinating with the Inbound SDR for timely lead follow-up.
- Testing new marketing channels to foster business growth.
Qualifications
To make a direct impact on our mission through innovative campaigns, optimization strategies, and teamwork, the ideal candidate will possess:
- 4+ years of experience in a demand generation or growth role, focused on delivering results through paid media.
- Proven expertise in B2B SaaS targeting the U.S. market.
- A creative and empathetic approach to building landing pages, campaigns, and various marketing assets.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing for landing pages, ads, and other marketing materials.
- A strong data-driven mindset with fluency in conversion and ROAS metrics.
- Excellent communication skills to thrive in a remote and asynchronous working environment.
- Familiarity with various advertising platforms, including SEM and paid social.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, eager to experiment, test new ideas, and take full ownership of projects.
- Experience with CRMs, preferably HubSpot.
Work Timing
This role offers flexible working hours in an asynchronous environment, though some overlap during the Eastern Time morning is required.
